- **BEST PROTEIN DAY EVER: 287g.** If this level of protein intake was sustained daily, the recomp projections would be aggressive. The challenge is maintaining it.
- Cycle Day 2. Test C dose 2 pinned today (back-to-back with dose 1 on 3/13). Resume proper MWF schedule from Monday 3/16 onward.
- Switched from EOD to MWF fixed schedule: Test C 100mg + HCG 250 IU on Mon/Wed/Fri. Easier to remember.
- **ALCOHOL + VAPING ON ACCUTANE.** This is the Myrtle Beach pattern repeating — said he wouldn't, did it anyway. 3 vodka sprites + 2 vape hits. Both on the explicit AVOID list. Hepatic load: Accutane + Test C + alcohol + 5,240 calories.
- Lamb kabob platter was a reasonable restaurant choice (63P / 26F / 685Na before sides). The damage came from everything around it: 4tbsp olive oil earlier (480c), three lattes (960c combined), and the vodka.
- Fridge is nearly empty — oats x2 only. Chuck roast was the last container. Meal prep urgently needed.
- **v36 nutrition targets now in effect:** Train 3,050c (210P/310C/75F). Rest 2,700c (210P/210C/75F). Restaurant cap 3,500c.
- MT2 ordered — arriving in a few days. Protocol ready in memory (slot 23).
- **GET FINASTERIDE RX.** Day 2 on exogenous testosterone without DHT protection.
- Fridge: Oats x2. HCG vial (refrigerated, use within 60d). NEED: meal prep.
